The PayPal Shipping Center allows you to purchase and print shipping labels for your PayPal orders. You can purchase USPS, UPS, and DHL Express labels using your PayPal account funds. You must have an active PayPal seller account to use the PayPal Shipping Center.
You can start the process to enable the PayPal Shipping Center from three places in your PayPal account: the Activity screen for personal seller accounts, or for business accounts, the Transaction Details screen or the App Center.
Go to paypal.com and log in to your seller account to get started.
Accessing the PayPal Shipping Center
You can access the PayPal Shipping Center at any time at paypal.shipstation.com. When you log in for the first time with your PayPal credentials, you will be prompted to set up your account for shipping.

Click the App Center link from the top menu, scroll to the section Streamline Operations and select PayPal Shipping. Then click Get Started:
Any of the above three options will open the Connect Your Account screen to enable the PayPal Shipping Center.

Click the Connect Your Account button.

Click the Agree and Connect button to authorize payments through PayPal.

Select a Label Layout.
Choose 4x6 inch if you use a thermal label printer or choose 8.5x11 inch if you use a standard desktop printer.

Click Edit if you need to make any updates to your Ship From Address, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Continue.
The PayPal Shipping Center is now enabled! Going forward you will only need to choose to print a label in PayPal and you will be taken directly to the Create Label page. You can also log in to the PayPal Shipping Center at paypal.shipstation.com.
