Shipping Presets

Shipping Presets allow you to set various shipping configurations in advance and quickly apply them to domestic orders.

A Preset includes the following settings:

  • Shipping Carrier

  • Shipping Service

  • Package Dimensions

  • Package Weight

  • Delivery Confirmation

To create a new Shipping Preset:

  1. Log in to the PayPal Shipping Center.

  2. Go to your account drop-down and click Settings.

  3. Select the Shipping Presets tab.

  4. Click Add New Preset.

  5. Configure your Preset for your shipping needs in the Add New Preset pop-up window. Enter a name for your Preset in the Name field.

  6. Click Create Preset.

If you need to make changes to your Shipping Preset, click Edit next to the Preset in your Settings.

This will open the Edit Shipping Preset window. Click Update Preset to save your changes.

Click Add New Preset at the top of the Shipping Presets page to create a new Preset. You can create as many Presets as you'd like.

After creating your Shipping Presets, you can apply them to your orders from the Orders page or when buying a label.
