Add Email Address in Account Settings

You can add your email address in your PayPal Shipping Center account settings to receive purchase confirmation emails. This email will also be displayed at the top of your account.

To add your email address to your account:

  1. Type your email into the Email box under Email Communications.

    Account settings: Email Communications. Red box highlights email address. Arrow to checked box: Receive label confirmation emails

    Tick the box next to Receive label confirmation emails if you would like to be notified when a label is purchased.

  2. Click the button Update Email Preferences.

Your updated email will appear in the header of your account.
