Cannot Click Continue to Billing Button

If you have selected your label layout, set your Ship From address, read the Terms and Conditions, checked the box to indicate so, and still cannot finish the onboarding process because the Continue to Billing button is grayed out, that issue is usually caused by an unsupported browser or OS version.

Here are some possible solutions:

Disable pop-ups or ad blockers on your web browser.
Try a different web browser.
Update your computer's OS:
- Get the latest Windows update
- Update your mac OS on Mac (this will also update your version of Safari web browser)

PayPal Shipping may encounter problems if you are using a non-supported browser or an older browser version (we support the following browsers and versions: Firefox 89.0+, Chrome 91.0, Safari 14.1, Edge 94.0+).

Update Google Chrome to use 91.0. +
Update Firefox to use 89.0 +
Update or reinstall Safari to use 14.1 +
Update Microsoft Edge to use 94.0 +
