Charged for Label but Did Not Receive One

In the event that you do not receive a shipping label, but your account is charged, that charge will appear in your account as an Available Account Credit.

This credit will automatically be applied to the next shipping label that you purchase. If you do not purchase another label right away, the credit will remain in your account for future purchases.

Did Not Receive Label Due to Purchase Error

If you were charged for a label but did not receive one due to a Purchase Error, the PayPal Shipping Center will automatically refund the cost of the label to the default payment method of your PayPal account. Depending on your bank, the refund may not be immediate.
