File a USPS Claim
To file a claim for a domestic shipment, you must contact USPS directly and file a claims report. The PayPal Shipping Support team cannot assist with claims for USPS domestic shipments.

UPS in the PayPal Shipping Center provides maximum liability coverage for shipments up to $100 in value.

The Global Advantage Program (GAP) provides free insurance coverage up to $200 for USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International shipments with Delivery confirmation.
DHL Express in the PayPal Shipping Center provides coverage for international shipments up to $30/kg for air transported shipments and up to $11/kg for road transported shipments.
You must file claims within 30 days of the date that DHL Express accepted the shipment. Claims are subject to DHL Express's terms and conditions.
The PayPal Shipping Center does not support the DHL Express International Money-Back Guarantee.
To file a claim for a lost or damaged DHL Express Worldwide shipment:

Download and fill in the PDF form from DHL Express.

Enter your shipment tracking number in the Waybill Number field.

In the Account Number field, either enter “I do not have one” or leave the input field blank.

Leave the "Claimant field blank.

Save and submit that PDF to DHLservices@shipstation.com.
Shipsurance Not Supported for DHL Express
Shipsurance is not supported for international shipments, including DHL Express Worldwide shipments.
